01 · Do I need a visa? It depends on your passport and the length of stay. Eligible British citizens currently qualify for visa-free entry for qualifying short business visits, but this is set by the Chinese authorities and can change, so we check it against your specific trip before you book. Everyone else will typically need a business visa, and we help prepare the paperwork.
02 · Can I split my time across more than one phase? Yes, some delegates do. Let us know when you get in touch and we’ll talk through what that means for hotel nights and the rest of the itinerary.
03 · Is the product-design consultation enough to brief a factory? It’s designed to get you most of the way: concept, materials, packaging and a clearer brief. If your product needs full prototyping or development work, that’s commissioned separately once we know what you need.
04 · Can I ask about accessibility or dietary needs? Yes. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your requirements and help you plan with confidence.
05 · What isn’t decided until later? Exact hotel nights, room occupancy, transfers and interpreter hours are confirmed once we know your phase, group size and preferences, and will be set out clearly in your written quotation before you book.
